REIQ Best Real Estate Report

Entries for the 2009 award have now closed.

The Real Estate Institute of Queensland launched its inaugural Award for Excellence Best Real Estate Report in 2009. 

This award – to become part of the REIQ’s annual suite of awards announced in February each year – has been established to recognise journalistic excellence in real estate reporting and is open to all journalists whose work has been published or broadcast in Queensland between 1 November 2008 and 30 October 2009.

The REIQ Award for Excellence Best Real Estate Report is judged on journalistic excellence including newsworthiness, understanding and analysis of issues impacting the real estate industry, research, writing, creativity, public benefit and production. 

As this award aims to recognise and reward excellence in real estate reporting entries are not required to mention the REIQ.
