More than 85 per cent of all real estate agencies across Queensland are members of the REIQ.
This is because REIQ members enjoy a range of benefits and quick access to information which enhances their daily practice.
At the heart of REIQ accreditation is the REIQ Standards of Business Practice and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), which provides the industry with education and support to uphold these standards.
REIQ accredited agencies must successfully complete annual CPD, where they can gain valuable insight into new and relevant issues within the industry. Once they have received accreditation, agencies have the right to display the REIQ accredited agency logo featuring the current year.
All REIQ members must adhere to the REIQ Constitution and By-Laws.
