In the last paragraph of CLAUSE 6.1 on page 3 of 12 it reads:
“The Buyer may deduct from the balance purchase price sufficient funds to cover any fees payable to an authority for registration of any documentation referred to in sub clause (c) above.”
“sub clause (c) should be sub clause (d)”
