| Commentary | The suburb of Richlands is about 19km west-southwest of the Brisbane CBD and is bordered by the neighbouring suburbs of Ellen Grove and Inala. Richlands is a small Brisbane suburb and, consequently, not many sales are usually recorded. Many of the properties in the suburb are acreage lots giving the area a distinctively rural feel. There are some community facilities in the suburb such as the Brisbane Lions Soccer Club, Richlands State School, Richlands East State School, Richlands State High School, a ten pin bowling centre and McEwan Park.
