Commentary	Reedy Creek is located 18 kilometres from Surfers Paradise and is situated in close proximity to Tallebudgera Valley. The area features the rural lifestyle with acreage properties, while still being close to Burleigh and Robina, thus offering acreage living while still being close to the beach. The area has a mix of existing and new housing developments. The Observatory estate is a new development, with hilltop views over forest towards the coast in both directions. The estate's houses are mainly located on acreage properties. Other estates in the Reedy Creek area include the Kingsmore, Old Burleigh Town and Somerset Estate. There are a large number of families in the region.
