Commentary	One of the oldest suburbs in the Logan City area, Slacks Creek is home to a diverse mix of families from Australia and overseas. Slacks Creek is a small suburb that runs next to the Pacific Motorway. The area has a number of parks and is an ideal spot to find your first home. Newer homes are available close to the highway, while a number of cul de sacs are home to well-designed, good quality properties on decent sized blocks. Some of the older properties are brick and tile, hardiplank or weatherboard and thus are ripe for renovation. The area is home to a commercial and light industrial precinct which, coupled with neighbouring Logan, may have employment opportunities for residents of the area. There is two primary and one second school in the area with the Logan Central Plaza and the Logan City Centre being the best spots for shopping and groceries.
