Commentary	Another relatively undeveloped suburb, only 36 kilometres from Brisbane's CBD, Stapylton is more affordable than its southern neighbour Ormeau, yet it still boasts close proximity to Yatala and the industrial hubs of Beenleigh and Eagleby. The proposed Intra-Regional Transport Corridor is expected to wind from the north of Stapylton, south through Ormeau before continuing into the Gold Coast. Stapylton backs onto the Albert River in the west and is on the Brisbane-Gold Coast Railway line.
